Returns & Exchanges Policy

- Condition: Items must be in original, unopened packaging unless otherwise specified

Important: Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products once opened or used:
- Beauty Face Masks (opened or used)
- Face Wipes (opened packages)
- Feminine Care products
- Cosmetics and Colourants (opened or used)
- Bathing Accessories
- Cotton Wool (opened packages)
These items must be in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for return.
Return & Exchange Process

Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a return authorization and shipping instructions. Please do not send items back without this authorization.
Step 3: Package and Ship
Please include in your return package:
- The item(s) in original packaging
- All tags and labels
- The original packing slip or order confirmation
- The return authorization number clearly visible on the package
Step 4: Processing
Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 3-5 business days and notify you via email.
Refund Information
Refund Timing
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The timing of when you’ll see the refund in your account depends on your payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
What’s Refunded
- Product price and any applicable taxes
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Policy
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size, colour, or product of equal value:
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
- For items that cost less, we’ll refund the difference
- Exchanges follow the same return process outlined above
Damaged or Incorrect Items
