Please note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to circumstances beyond our control. We currently ship worldwide, excluding some Asian regions and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

  • Condition: Items must be in original, unopened packaging unless otherwise specified

Important: Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products once opened or used:

  • Beauty Face Masks (opened or used)
  • Face Wipes (opened packages)
  • Feminine Care products
  • Cosmetics and Colourants (opened or used)
  • Bathing Accessories
  • Cotton Wool (opened packages)

These items must be in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for return.

Return & Exchange Process

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a return authorization and shipping instructions. Please do not send items back without this authorization.

Step 3: Package and Ship

Please include in your return package:

  • The item(s) in original packaging
  • All tags and labels
  • The original packing slip or order confirmation
  • The return authorization number clearly visible on the package

Step 4: Processing

Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 3-5 business days and notify you via email.

Refund Information

Refund Timing

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The timing of when you’ll see the refund in your account depends on your payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

What’s Refunded

  • Product price and any applicable taxes
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Policy

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size, colour, or product of equal value:

  • If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • For items that cost less, we’ll refund the difference
  • Exchanges follow the same return process outlined above

Damaged or Incorrect Items
