Our Returns Promise

We want you to feel confident in every purchase you make for your wellness journey. That’s why we offer a straightforward 15-day return policy from the date you receive your items.

Important Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
  • Beauty Face Masks (opened or used)
  • Face Wipes (opened packages)
  • Feminine Care products
  • Cosmetics and Colourants (opened or used)
  • Bathing Accessories (for hygiene reasons)
  • Cotton Wool (opened packages)
These items must be in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for return.

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Submit Your Return Request

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a return authorization and shipping instructions. Please do not send items back without this authorization.

Step 3: Package and Ship

Please include:

  • The item(s) in original packaging
  • All tags and labels
  • The original packing slip or order confirmation
  • The return authorization number clearly visible on the package

Step 4: Processing

Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 3-5 business days and notify you via email.

Refund Information

Refund Timing

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The timing of when you’ll see the refund in your account depends on your payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

What’s Refunded

We refund the product price and any applicable taxes. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Policy

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size, colour, or product of equal value. If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. For items that cost less, we’ll refund the difference.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you, including covering return shipping.
